In addition to his Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering at John Hopkins University, Patrick has his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University.  He is responsible for project management and the coordination of subcontractor scheduling, technical proposals and cost estimates, as well as material and equipment orders and follow-up for jobs awarded.

Alissa holds a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the St. Petersburg University of Railway Engineering, and has more than 13 years of HVAC design experience.  She manages the design and equipment specification for our design and design/build projects involving various types HVAC system, including Variable Refrigerant Flow Zoning systems, High Velocity Systems, Dedicated outdoor air units, Heat Recovery Wheels with Water-source Heat pump system applications, DX systems with VAV and VVT applications.   In addition, Alissa is responsible for review and approval of equipment submittals from vendors and CAD management.

Tom brings over 18 years experience in the areas of management, operations, sales and client relations. He is responsible for managing our internal team, sourcing and developing new business relationships as well as ensuring that our existing clients receive the best service possible. Tom obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, Hayward.

Tom has over three decades of diversified HVAC industry knowledge. His strengths lie in the areas of service, repair and installation.  His broad experience in this field brings service and installation knowledge to our designs and enhances the product provided to our customers.  Tom studied at Spring Garden College in Chestnut Hill, where he earned his A.S. degree in Business Management.  In addition to providing technical expertise and oversight for the Service and Installation Departments and evaluating HVAC systems for operation and efficiency improvements, he assists with the general management of Sebastian and Sons.
