''I'm not sure where to start with my praises for the service provided by All Level Installation; I had a very bad state of affairs with a heavy exterior French door at my home that had to be muscled harshly and lifted off its guide in order to engage the lock mechanism to lock the door. The threshold and a portion of the door was completely deteriorated as well. I knew it would take someone with very skills to be able to attempt saving the framing of the door and complete the repairs [if that was even possible]. The team far exceeded my expectations, their level of professionalism was only exceeded by the craftsmanship demonstrated in the work performed. they're not many people in any industry that is as committed to providing the customer the level of satisfaction they honored me with. They stained and clear coated it multiple times for protection; I'm mentioning this also as an expression of just how thorough this service was, They came back a week later at their own volition to add another coat because they felt it would be better over time. The door now moves along its track like butter with the slightest of inducement, and locks with precision. I found the pricing very reasonable for the level of commitment to detail, professionalism, and craftsmanship that was offered. All invoices were shared the customer as well [without markups]. Martin also showed a real value of time throughout the entire process, it he said he would be there at 8:00 AM; your door bell rang at 8:00 AM [or a message was received otherwise]. Martin talks a good game, but he backs it up big time, you will not be disappointed - guaranteed! Oh, BTW, did I say that Martin also did some work on my front entry door - gratis! What a guy, a truly exceptional contractor at every level.''

''The crew did a great job. I had a double hung window and an 8' sliding glass door installed. They were very professional and always cleaned up after themselves. The job took 4 days, but they were very exacting and took their time to ensure the job was done right.
