Originally CT Construction was formed to handle fire and water damage restoration and was a division of Carpet Tech, founded by TTU graduate and Lubbock entrepreneur Chad Pharies in 1996. With a similar vision and dedication to our customers, CT Construction is now a full service remodeling and construction contractor with hundreds of projects under our belts. We are one of the few contractors that provides remodeling, restoration and repair services for commercial and residential projects all under one roof!
