A licensed contractor for more than 35 years, Richard Hope was born with construction in his blood and a hammer in his hand. The son of a carpenter, Richard loved helping his dad while growing up in the Bay Area.
In addition to becoming a master carpenter, Richard excelled at plumbing, electrical work, structural work, project management, and all other aspects of construction work. After serving in the Army, Richard started his own construction company and quickly gained a reputation among his peers as a master craftsman whom they could turn to for guidance when faced with challenging projects.
As a talented team leader, Richard gets the most from subcontractors and work crews, enhancing the quality of their work. He anticipates difficulties, resolves issues quickly, and keeps the work flowing. His goal is to complete your project in the shortest time possible and to the highest quality standards. There’s not a job he can’t handle.
But Richard is more than a highly skilled contractor who provides outstanding results. First and foremost, he’s your dream builder: he will make your dream project come true by listening — really listening — to your wants and needs, and then doing everything he can to exceed your expectations.
He doesn’t want you to be satisfied; he wants you to be ecstatic.
