BC Contracting

Hersch oversees staffing and operations at BC Contracting. Between his time in the office and his role as managing partner for RHR Construction?, a company he established alongside Jerry Radermacher, he works in the areas of business development, financial planning and estimating. Hersch graduated from North Dakota State College of Science with an associate's degree in accounting.

Neal has held a variety of leadership roles at R. D. Offutt Company over the last 20 years and is an expert in real estate. He also serves his local Fargo-Moorhead community in various board positions, including on the FM Area Home Builders Association and TNT Kids Fitness & Gymnastics Association. Neal graduated from Southern Methodist University with a bachelor’s degree in real estate and finance.

Radermacher has worked in construction for 20 years and established RHR Construction alongside Darin Hersch. He continues to serve as managing partner and is actively involved in the construction process for single-family homes. Radermacher earned his degree in construction management from the Minnesota Institute of Technology.

As a Senior Estimator, Mikkelsen brings 12 years of construction project management and estimating experience to BC Contracting. His vast experience includes work within many different sectors: commercial, healthcare, institutional, correctional, retail, and multi-family residential construction. Mikkelsen oversees pre-construction services, pre-construction and construction estimating, value engineering, subcontractor prequalification, bidding, and proposal submissions. Mikkelsen graduated from North Dakota State College of Science with a degree in architectural drafting and estimating.

Vetter is an Estimator for BC Contracting. He delivers creative and effective budget-conscious solutions to our clients. He works with the design team and subcontractors in the areas of design review, solicitation, bidding, budget preparation and presentation to ensure the budget and vision for the project are in alignment. Vetter has eight years of experience in construction estimating and understands how all disciplines work together to support the overall budget and vision for the project. He graduated from North Dakota State College of Science for architectural drafting and construction estimating.

Jackson oversees operations for both the multi-family residential and commercial markets within BC Contracting. With his 18 years of experience in the construction industry, he works with business development, project development, project execution, process improvement, risk management, customer service and talent acquisition. He is also actively involved in the community as a member of the International Exchange Club and Rotary. Jackson graduated from Montana State University with a bachelor's degree in construction engineering technology.

Godfredsen joined BC Contracting in 2016 and brings over 10 years of industry experience to the management team. Godfredsen has worked in a variety of construction fields: multifamily, heavy highway, tribal reconstruction, and underground electrical distribution. Godfredsen currently works with our multi-family teams overseeing key project elements including risk management, client relations, budget review, and quality control. Godfredsen graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in construction management. When not at work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Scheel graduated from South Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in construction management. He started his career in civil construction at Simon Contractors in Rapid City, South Dakota. After six years as an Estimator/Project Manager bidding and managing projects in asphalt, concrete, grading and utility work, he made the move to vertical construction. He started working for Hospitality Builders as a superintendent. After completing one hotel and starting another, he was promoted to Project Manager. After building multiple hotels, mainly in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area, he and his wife decided to move to Fargo, while his wife Megan was pregnant with their first child. His family has since grown to two boys, along with a chocolate lab and a Weimaraner.

As a Senior Project Manager, Jackson's responsibilities include contract administration, total project cost management, scheduling, and quality control. He has experience in commercial, civil, multi-family, mixed-use and residential construction. Cory has four years of carpentry experience and five years of project management experience, including the Sanford Fargo Medical Center and Dickinson Middle School. Jackson graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in construction management and a minor in business management.

Summers comes to BC Contracting as a Fargo, North Dakota native. He is a graduate of West Fargo High and graduated from NDSU with a business management degree. He has experience in various trades of the construction industry for 10 years. His experience with heavy civil construction, along with excellent marking and social skills, makes him a great fit as Assistant Project Manager with BC Contracting.

Markworth brings 15 years of experience to the BC Contracting team, ranging from civil construction, light commercial, residential, and multi-family construction. He also comes with a skilled carpentry background and concrete experience. As one of the companies most experienced superintendents, he works in the areas of quality control, maintaining project schedules, building and maintaining subcontractor relationships, and ordering and receiving materials. Markworth studied construction management at Northern Michigan University.

As Director of Operations, Deyo oversees the day-to-day construction activities at BC Contracting. He works with his team to establish budgets, analyze bid proposals, negotiate and award subcontracts, and build project schedules. As our leader through the design phase, Deyo brings his 15 years of construction experience to work for our client base. He uses that experience to bring out the best in the architect, engineer, and various project consultants to harbor a win/win partnership. Deyo is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys sharing his love for the outdoors with his three children. Deyo graduated from North Dakota State College of Science with a degree in construction management.

Experienced, driven and self-motivated marketing professional in the Fargo-Moorhead community. 

Along with my eight years of marketing experience, I have four and a half years of management experience and over 10 years of business related experience.

I possess excellent customer service, communication and computer skills. I am very outgoing and am very much a people person!

Radermacher was our first hired superintendent and has been with BC Contracting for eight years. He brings 25 years of extensive experience in concrete and single-family construction and 12 years in multi-family and commercial construction. Radermacher is a knowledgeable superintendent and has adapted to many different work environments, ranging from the Midwest to the southern United States.

Wurzer has been with BC Contracting since 2013 as an Executive Assistant. She has a number of tasks that she manages: day-to-day operations, providing quality customer service to co-workers, our subcontractors, and vendors, maintaining current insurance and licensing requirements, and organizing and maintaining project files. Wurzer works with all of the team members in the office and out in the field while supporting effective communication between the project managers, subcontractors, and the accounting department. She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in marketing.

As an Administrative Assistant, Todd has several tasks that she manages: day-to-day office operations, providing quality customer service to co-workers, subcontractors, and vendors, marketing assistance, and social media assistance. Todd works with all the team members in the office and in the field while supporting effective communication between all departments. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a degree in management communications and a minor in hospitality and tourism management.

Doherty is a North Dakota native and has been with BC Contracting for three years. He brings 30 years of experience in construction, which ranges from commercial, industrial, multi-family, and residential building. Doherty is a seasoned superintendent and has worked throughout the Midwest and southern United States.
