General Contractor – We competitively bid new construction and major remodels from your completed plans. Jobs completed include major renovations at Ft. Sam Houston, sixteen unit apartment complex in Three Rivers, extensive residential renovations in the Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills and Olmos Park areas, and a recent ground up office building at Huebner and NW Military Hwy.

Finish Out Contractor – We are pros at new finish outs as well as commercial renovations to accommodate new tenants. Some of our projects include The Aveda Institute ( Both the previous Pearl Location as well as the new Evans Road facility.) 11,000 sqft Cal- Tex offices on 3009 and the new Alvarez – Cantu Medical Office. We have served as metal stud, sheetrock, acoustical ceiling and commercial door subcontractor at many locations throughout San Antonio for the last decade.

Framing Contractor – This is where we got our start. We have framed hundreds of houses in San Antonio and surrounding areas as well as high end homes along the coast. One of our most interesting projects was a new house outside of Barcelona, Spain. We do all of the framing on our GC projects; both wood and metal stud. Our full time staff of twenty consists mostly of carpenters. Many of our customers have used us repeatedly since the late 90s.

Carpentry Contractor – We regularly provide local owners and general contractors with both frame and finish carpenters. We are repeatedly there carpenters of choice because all our guys work hard, are honest, and build stuff that looks great. As the owner of the company I still enjoy getting my tools bags on as often as possible.

We have good relationships with several architectural firms and are able to design carpentry projects in house. Some banks that we have worked with include Frost, Jefferson, Commerce Bank of Texas, IBC and San Antonio National Bank.
