Scope Of Work
The Waveland Police Department Building is a FEMA 361 building that was partially constructed until a dispute developed between the original contractor and the City of Waveland. The building sat unfinished for approximately four years. J.O. Collins has been contracted to complete this 14,000 square foot building that will act as the home of the Waveland Police Department and serve as a storm shelter for the Police Department during future storms.
