Scope Of Work
PeakCM constructed this new $7.5 million, 50,000-SF, 138 room, 4-story, wood-framed WoodSpring Suites hotel located on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. The project scope included features such as an outdoor swimming pool, exercise room, tech center, laundry facility, breakfast area and surface parking. The project was safety completed while in close proximity to energized high voltage powerlines above the rear of the hotel and numerous active business to the front of the property.
