Our Story

PeakCM is a full-service construction company specializing in both renovation and new construction of all types of commercial, entertainment, retail, restaurant, hospitality, educational, healthcare and manufacturing facilities. Our team of construction professionals have completed numerous projects throughout the state and maintain strong relationships with the subcontractor community. Our typical types of project delivery include Preconstruction Services, Development & Construction Consulting, Construction Management, Lump Sum General Contracting and Design Assist/Build.

At PeakCM, regardless of the size or nature of the assignment or the number of stakeholders involved, we are focused on real collaboration with all project participants to build high performing teams in order to achieve great outcomes.   

At the helm is Jerry Davis, who with 24 years of construction experience, leads the team with drive and ambition. This leadership is what motivates each member of the PeakCM team to provide outstanding service for our clients. We currently have a full service team ranging from estimators, project engineers, superintendents, project managers, and in-house project support staff.

Our aim is to become a trusted advisor, by providing quality construction management services by consistently improving our attention to detail and thereby adding value for our clients through innovation, foresight, integrity, and consistent performance. Establishing a trusted relationship with our clients is paramount and through that trust a successful project is certain.
