Scope Of Work
Located at the Burke Mountain Resort, The View Pub is a top-notch 208 seat, 2,150 sf restaurant located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. The space was designed with clean lines and warm tones featuring a stone faced bar, a private seating area with fireplace and an elevated outdoor patio with radiant floor system to keep the area dry and free from snow at all times. The commercial kitchen is comprised of gas ranges, ovens, exhaust hoods, refrigerators, prep and dish washing stations. The restaurant features exposed ceilings, back-lit bar featuring craft beers and signature wines, indoor and outdoor seating. There are panoramic views of Willoughby Gap for guests to be taken on a sensory trip into the surrounding landscape. The kitchen exhaust systems features hoods, exhaust and make up air equipment, welded black iron grease duct, and pollution control unit.
