Scope Of Work
Renovation of the historic Sky Haus at the summit of Jay Peak. Included the renovation and upgrade to the existing building envelope, new sewer line, renovated tram dock area, new ski patrol office, dining area with new kitchen and serving line, renovated men’s and women’s bathrooms, and renovated/upgraded mechanical and electrical systems.
