Scope Of Work
This $2.9M project included renovation and upgrade to the existing Austria Haus building. Originally an administrative office building, Provisions is now a fresh-foods market and dry goods store with a beverage cave, fresh made food, coolers, and deli kitchen. Interior custom millwork includes a built-in eating bar, deli counter, and retail display shelving. The International Room received a makeover highlighting a redesigned bar, fresh interior finishes, new ADA-compliant restrooms, and updated lighting. All work was completed while the facility was occupied by the owner.
