PeakCM is currently in the preconstruction phase of this new $8.5 million, 66,000-SF, 104 room, 6-story, Comfort Suites hotel located near SeaWorld on International Drive in Orlando, Florida. The hotel will include services such as conference facilities, outdoor swimming pool, exercise facility and breakfast area.
