Don is a registered professional engineer in the State of Maryland. During his time in the real estate and construction industry he has planned, budgeted, and constructed over four million square feet of space. Building types include office, residential, hospital, laboratory, retail, food service, industrial, public use and special purpose buildings.

J.J. has experience planning, negotiating, and managing multi-million dollar commercial construction projects in roles as general contractor, construction manager, developer, and/or owner’s representative. His projects have included base building construction, renovations and rehabilitations, and interior office construction in wide variety of environments including commercial office buildings, historic buildings, religious facilities, and suburban office parks.
