Scope Of Work
The Renovations and Alterations were located in two different schools including North Grand High School, and Vaughn High School.
The work included 18,500 SF Renovation of three Science Labs in two schools. Work includes demolition & abatement, carpentry, roof patching, drywall, acoustical ceilings, resilient flooring, painting, visual display boards, signage, laboratory casework, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
New work included new flooring in all rooms, new science lab casework, new plumbing fixtures, new science gas lines, and lighting.
In addition, new mechanical equipment and fire protection equipment was included as a portion to the scope of work.
