As Vice President of Preconstruction, Mark is primarily responsible for the oversight of all pre-construction, estimating, and business development/marketing within the company to ensure that the budget meets the defined scope of work provides any value-engineering without compromising the design intent, transition to Operations and meets Owner expectations and company mission values.

Eric has more than 22 years of experience in the construction industry. His career started in the industry as an estimator and has transitioned into a Project Manager. Eric has residential, schools, and institutional work, in new construction and renovations.
