Scope Of Work
CCC Holdings Inc. was contracted by Chicago Public Schools (CPS) to renovate and remodel an existing facility, located at 2740 N. Clark Street. CPS has rented out approximately 8500 square feet on the second floor in a mixed-use building on Chicago’s north side.
The work consists of the build-out of existing white box space, including associated structural and MEP-FP work. The work also includes renovation in the first-floor lobby and adding a rooftop playground.
