Scope Of Work
Century Construction served as the General Contractor for the majority of this project. We also served as a Construction Manager for the following trades: Sitework, Asphalt, Landscaping, and Architectural Metal Panel System.
This project was new construction of a 23,000 sq. ft. car dealership. The structure consists of a pre-engineered metal building with exterior metal studs. The exterior consists of a large portion of curtain wall system and exterior insulation finishing system (EFIS). The building includes a large showroom at the entrance, back service department, and two drive thru service bays featuring a two-bay oil pit. The interior and exterior of the showroom are lined and integrated with Hyundai’s proprietary ACM Paneling System
