Colin Maloney, President and CEO of Century Construction, has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry.

The construction business has been a staple in Colin Maloney’s family for generations. His great grandfather, D.L. Collums, built the original Sears, Roebuck and Company in Tupelo, Mississippi in 1967. Colin’s mother and father were also involved in real estate and development for most of their lives. While working with his father in their family-owned glass shop (Creative Glass), Colin begin exploring the real estate and development industry.

Colin began his entrepreneurial career in 1991 when he formed Maloney Properties Development. Colin has grown the company into an enterprise that manages, owns, and leases commercial properties all over the state. This venture was followed by Century Construction in 1997. This gave Colin an entry into the commercial building and contracting industry. Colin’s entrepreneurship has taken Century Construction from only two laborers and one truck to the current position of being the 8th fastest-growing company in Mississippi with over 100 employees.

David Horton is Vice President of Century Construction in the Heavy Construction Division, managing Century’s Civil projects.

Ron Emery brings over 30 years  experience   Mississippi  industry to his  at Century . Ron joined  company  February 2015 following 9 years  employment with a large, regional,  publicly-traded  firm  various market sectors across  United States.

Prior to his involvement in  , Ron  as     a Mississippi-based subcontracting  supply company, providing architectural   throughout  region.

Ron has experience  all disciplines  , including administration,  , , pre- , scheduling,  estimating. He provides  with -level oversight  procurement   for both   large complex 

Bradley has worked for over twenty years in the construction industry and has been with Century since 2013. As project estimator, he estimates and negotiates the costs of jobs in our General Construction division to help bring them in budget.

Dylan Shook is Century’s Heavy (Civil) Division’s Project Manager / Estimator.

Laura Tinsley joined the Century Construction team in 2007 as a Project Manager/Estimator. She oversees design, development, and management of multiple projects.

Scott joined Century 2008 as Estimator/ . He has managed various , Banking, Educational, Industrial markets. He produces detailed cost estimates proposal packages for his plans, budgets, prices all their .

Scott joined the Century Construction team in 2008 as Estimator/Project Manager. He has managed various projects in the Design/Build, Banking, Educational, and Industrial markets. He produces detailed cost estimates and proposal packages for his clients and plans, budgets, and prices all of their construction projects.
