Allen Bana's Bio
Allen began his career with Pella in 2004 as a Retail Sales Manager. In 2010, he was promoted to a Segment Business Manager. In December 2013, he became General Manager of Sales for the Detroit Sales Subsidiary.
Christa Carene's Bio
Christa has been with Pella since May of 2015. She is passionate about recruiting top talent for the Detroit branch. Christa has over 15 years of diversified HR experience. Her skills and competencies span from HR policy administration, talent and performance management, employee relations, corporate benefits, training and employee development, coaching and sales compensation planning.
Jennifer Kreutzer's Bio
Jenny began her career with Pella in 2005. She has held various positions within the company on the trade and service segments. Her current role is a Customer Support Supervisor.

Scott just recently joined Pella in December of 2018. Scott comes to Pella with over 16 years of sales, operations and management experience in the construction industry.

Frank DeMare's Bio
Frank is new to the Pella organization. He just started with us in March 2017 as a Retail Sales Manager for our Southern team. Franks’s in-home selling experience and as well as his passion for leading a team will be a valuable asset to our branch.
Matt Haren's Bio
Matt started his career with Pella in 2009 and has been very successful in his role as a Trade Sales Consultant. Matt has shown his leadership skills within his current role for many years in mentoring and training new sales consultants. Matt moved into the Trade Sales Manager role in November 2017.
Paul Temerowski's Bio
Paul has been with Pella Windows & Doors of Detroit since 2013. He started with us as a Retail Sales Consultant and quickly moved into a Sales Manager role. He has over 30 years in the Windows & Doors industry.
Tom Abbott's Bio
Tom has been with Pella since November of 2016 in the capacity of Trade Sales Manager. He has spent most of his career in the custom home business, working for two large custom home companies in Canada prior to moving to the U.S. 6 years ago. For the past 6 years and just prior to Pella, Tom worked for Home Depot Renovation Services as Branch Manager covering the Midwest. Tom has a passion for architecture, and Pella Windows is positioned to make a great inroads in this area.
