David Mora started the business after spending 25 years in the underground construction industry. With over 45 years of experience in the construction industry, Mora’s Equipment & Construction Inc brings invaluable knowledge and expertise that is unmatched within the underground construction and operated equipment rental industries. Our commitment to our customers is shown daily with proficient employees, well-maintained equipment and responsive leadership.

Our pledge to safety is not just empty words but we have invested into and adhere to safety programs such as Veriforce, ISNetworld and Golden Shovel, among many others. Mora’s Equipment & Construction is a General A Contractor that is signatory to the Operator Engineer’s and Laborer’s Unions while being certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE). With knowledge, proficient personnel and proper certifications, we have been able to safely service a variety of customers throughout Southern California such as Southern California Gas Company, Southern California Edison, Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, various water districts, several communication companies and many municipalities.
