Quality Control Inspection Services, Inc. (QCIS) is a professional inspection & consulting services firm that specializes in construction, residential home, & commercial building inspection for civil & architectural infrastructure systems. QCIS has also branched into accounting, tax preparation, & business consulting services for construction, hotels, restaurants, & institutional food services industry.

QCIS was founded in November of 2012 by Mr. Leon Edward Jones Jr. for the purpose of providing clients with accurate information regarding the property they intend to purchase. Our strategy is dedicated to providing excellent customer service by conducting an unbiased thorough inspection of all properties at an affordable price.

QCIS is an independent veteran owned small business enterprise. We are member of the Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, American Society of Home Inspections & National Association of Home Inspections, International Code Council, and International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Our market sector contains a ten state region: Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, & Virginia.

QCIS's corporate office is headquartered in the historical business district of Slatington, Pennsylvania. Quality Control Inspection Services, Inc has been listed in the Blue Book since 2014.

Our President and Founder Mr. Leon Edward Jones Jr. is a 17-year veteran of the US Navy where he spent time as an engineer’s aid in the Seabees. Mr. Jones is currently an active member of the Slatington #440Masonic Lodge for free and accepted Masons, along with being a brother of Phi Eta Psi Fraternity Inc.

Mr Jones started his construction career as a rod person on a survey crew. He then moved into materials testing, where he learned how to inspect concrete & soils for strength & compaction. Mr. Jones also worked for various engineering firms to gain experience with AutoCAD & micro station for drafting & design. Mr. Jones became interested in managing projects in the private sector when he was ask to do estimating & scheduling, with the use of suretrak & micro station project management software.

With 22 years of construction experience in the private & public sectors, Mr. Jones has obtained a bachelor of science in engineering technology from Temple University in January 2008. Mr. Jones also has a Master of Science degree in civil engineering from The New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is an associate member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Construction Management Association of America, & the National Society of Professional Engineers. Mr. Jones has a NICET certification for engineering technology; he currently holds a NECEPT certification as a concrete & bituminous field technician.
