Chris Beasley's Bio
As the chief operating officer of Key Construction, Chris Beasley ensures company processes and procedures enable the company to operate effectively and efficiently. His role includes overseeing the division presidents and safety director in addition to the Information Technology (IT) and insurance departments. He has been with Key since 2002.
Chris attended Pittsburg State University and completed two related internships. He has worked in the construction industry for nearly 20 years. He is involved in the community through The Knights of Columbus.
David Wells's Bio
David (Dave) Wells co-founded Key Construction in 1978. Today, he serves as the company president. His role includes providing guidance to the Executive Committee; setting and promoting the internal company culture; business development within the Wichita, Kansas, area; and representing the company within the community.
Dave attended Kansas State University and Newman University before ultimately graduating from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Prior to co-founding Key, he worked within the construction industry for several years.
Dave makes an impact on the Wichita, Kansas, community through his involvement with the Wichita Partnership, Wichita City Council and Sedgwick County Commission. In spare time, he and his family enjoy time at their cabin on Cheney Lake or their ranch in Greenwood County.
Jennifer Evans's Bio
Serving Key Construction since 2007, Jennifer Evans is the chief financial officer. She develops and implements financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the company, which includes providing strategic recommendations to the Executive Management team and advising on long-term business and financial planning. Additionally, she provides leadership, direction and management within the Finance and Accounting team.
Jennifer is a graduate of Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Administration in accounting. Within Key, she is a member of the Community Involvement team. Within the community, she is a member of Influence Wichita, the National Association of Women in Construction and the Construction Financial Management Association. She is a Read to Succeed Volunteer through United Way-Women United and also volunteers at a local elementary school.
Philip Wells's Bio
Serving Key Construction since 1995, Phil Wells is president of the Tulsa, Oklahoma division. He oversees all team members and ensures that all corporate assets and tools are brought to bear on each project. As needed, he will engage Key subject matter experts from other projects and regional offices for technical expertise.
Phil is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in economics. He has worked in the construction industry for nearly 25 years.
Phil is actively involved with Associated Builders and Contractors and Associated General Contractors of Kansas. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.
Rick McCafferty's Bio
Rick McCafferty has been with Key Construction for nearly three decades, beginning in 1990. Today, he is one of the owners/stockholders, serves as the chief executive officer and participates within the Executive Committee. He holds various building license accreditations and is a license holder in many states throughout the country.
Rick is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in construction science. Prior to joining Key, he gained valuable industry experience in management.
Rick has served in leadership roles with Associated General Contractors of Kansas, Wichita Area Technical College, the Urban League of Kansas and the American Institute of Architects in Kansas. He was previously selected for the Wichita Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” and the Wichita Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Wichita program. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, traveling and spending time with his wife and two sons.
Scott Casebolt's Bio
With Key Construction since 1999, Scott Casebolt is president of the Wichita, Kansas, division as well as all National Accounts. He has full oversight, from business development to pre-construction services to project closeout and customer satisfaction. His main goal is ensuring the success of fellow team members.
Scott is a graduate of Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in construction management. He has worked in the construction industry for nearly 30 years, starting as a teenager.
Scott is actively involved in the community, currently serving in leadership and membership roles with Associated General Contractors of Kansas, the Pittsburg State University School of Construction Industry Advisory Board and the Wichita Downtown Rotary. He has a wife and three sons. Together, they cheer on the Pittsburgh State Gorillas, Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas City Royals. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking and traveling.
Steven Wells's Bio
Steven Wells joined Key Construction in 2012 and is currently the president of the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, division. Within his role, he oversees the division finances, personnel and operations.
Steven is a graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science in construction science and management. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors.

Claude Holliman's Bio
Claude Holliman joined Key Construction in 2018 as a senior estimator within our Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, division. He is responsible for hard bid estimating, preliminary budget estimating and maintaining subcontractor/supplier relationships.
Claude is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in construction science. Prior to joining Key, he worked within the construction industry for more than 30 years. He has owned his own construction company and has previously served as both a chief estimator and senior estimator.
Claude is passionate about helping homeless people and victims of human trafficking through volunteerism. He enjoys spending time with his wife and adult children, golfing, fishing and traveling.
Evan Anderson's Bio
With Key Construction since 2018, Evan Anderson is the director of pre-construction services for the Tulsa, Oklahoma, divisions. His role involves overseeing the planning and budgeting processes for projects.
Evan has a Bachelor of Science in construction management from Oklahoma State University as well as several related certifications. Prior to joining Key, he gained valuable experience at two other commercial construction companies within Oklahoma.
Evan is involved in the community through Cub Scouts, the Wauhillau Outing Club, Leadership Broken Arrow, Broken Arrow Citizens Police Academy and Leadership Tulsa. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time camping, hiking and kayaking with his wife and two sons.
Troy Heckart's Bio
Serving Key Construction since 1991, Troy Heckart is the vice president of pre-construction services, a role that heavily involves estimating. Prior to Key, he worked for a Kansas City-based construction firm.
Troy has a Bachelor of Science in construction science from Kansas State University. In his spare time, he volunteers at the Juvenile Detention Facility.
Zack Siegrist's Bio
Zack Siegrist joined Key Construction in 2000. Today, he is the vice president of Pre-construction Services for the Wichita, Kansas, division and national accounts. He is responsible for conceptual estimating, design-build services and estimating proposals.
Zack has a Bachelor of Science in engineering technology from Pittsburg State University. Prior to Key, he played arena football and worked for a general contractor. He is involved in the community through volunteer coaching for sports teams and individual skills training. He enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Jett Ashley's Bio
Jett Ashley joined the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, division of Key Construction in 2019. He is responsible for business development within the mission critical sector.
Jett is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in business marketing. Prior to joining Key, Jett was a global account manager for an international company that provides backup power to data centers.
Jett was recently involved in the community through a Habitat for Humanity project. He enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, hunting, fishing, golfing and snowboarding.
Lisa Byrne's Bio
As the corporate marketing director of Key Construction, Lisa Byrne oversees all marketing efforts, which include developing proposals and marketing materials, maintaining the website and social media accounts and ensuring brand consistency. Additionally, she coordinates travel, events and client entertainment. She has been with Key since 1998.
Lisa is a graduate of Emporia State University with a Bachelor of Science in sports leadership and recreation. Prior to joining Key, she worked within the sports industry.
Lisa is actively involved with the various charitable organizations Key supports in addition to involvement and leadership within the Valley Center, Kansas, school district. She and her husband enjoy attending their son’s basketball games, and they often travel as a family.
Mark Gehrer's Bio
Serving Key Construction since 1991, Mark Gehrer is responsible for business development within the Wichita, Kansas, division. His role includes meeting with owners for upcoming projects, maintaining existing customer relationships, contract administration, developing internal teams to bring projects to fruition, account management, working with the internal marketing team and mentoring new employees.
Mark draws on education from Wichita State University and 40 years in the construction industry. He serves on the board of directors for Victory in the Valley, is a member of the Kansas Healthcare Engineers Association and was a previous Leadership Wichita class participant.

Larry Bodley's Bio
Larry Bodley joined Key Construction in 2007. Today, he is the General Superintendent for the Wichita, Kansas, division. He is responsible for continued training of Superintendents, precon participation, scheduling, manpower logistics for hourly and superintendents, weekly and monthly site visits, company safety, and client relationships.
Larry has an Associates degree in Secondary Education and is OSHA 30 Certified. Prior to Key, he worked as a concrete foreman and superintendent for a subcontractor. Larry loves to hunt, fish, camp, and golf. He has been married for 37 years and has 4 children and 6 grandchildren.
Marvin Swayne's Bio
Serving Key Construction since 2005, Marvin Swayne is the corporate safety director. His role involves establishing and leading the health and safety culture; developing and executing health and safety plans; evaluating practices, procedures and project sites to assess risk and compliance with safety procedures; leading and overseeing employee safety training; investigating incidents to discover causes and determining methods to prevent reoccurrence; and claims management.
Marvin has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years, previously serving as a corporate safety director and chief field engineer. He has numerous safety-related certifications and is a member of the American Society of Safety Professionals.
Sarah Rundell's Bio
With Key Construction since 2013, Sarah Rundell is a payroll and benefits coordinator. She is responsible for managing the company’s employment policies, employee relations and payroll in addition to benefit and retirement plan administration. Her role also includes employee recruiting and retention.
Sarah has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Fort Hays State University. Prior to joining Key, she was a human resources manager for another large company.
Steve Loehr's Bio
Steve has been with Key Construction since 1998. He is responsible for managing on-site day-to-day activity of all our trade partners from planning to completion, including tasks such as training of Superintendents, precon participation, scheduling, manpower logistics for hourly and superintendents, weekly and monthly site visits, company safety, and client relationships.
Steve has a bachelors degree in Construction Science and Management. Steve and his wife Lisa have two daughters and three dogs. He enjoys mountain biking the trails in Arkansas and going on evening walks.
