A year ago I would have rated this landscape company with a 5. However, over the last year the company has declined in customer service. While they used to provide services for residential customers, I was told on the day my service was due that they have stopped this. Kris and his crews worked for me for over 7 years and all I got was a text saying we aren't doing houses anymore. This came after repeated phone calls and text messages that went unanswered when I was trying to discuss my service needs with Kris, the owner. I suppose that is what happens when a company gets too big to handle the situations that arise.
