Kristi Ostler joined Rick Scott Construction in 2017 as a Project Manager.  In 2020, she was promoted to Senior Project Manager/Area Manager for our Tulsa Branch office. In February of 2021, Kristi was named Vice President.  A native Tulsan, Kristi graduated from the University of Oklahoma with BS in Construction Science in 1996, and recently followed that up with an MBA with an emphasis in Project Management.  She has been in and around the construction industry for over 20 years, working in Construction Project Management, Facilities Management, Real Estate sales and commercial leasing, and has served as Project Engineer, Estimator, Project Manager, and Superintendent.  Kristi is a member of the Project Management Institute and is a certified Project Management Professional and has a green belt in Six Sigma.  Kristi is an active member of ABC Oklahoma and has been a leader in her community through various volunteer efforts for more than a decade.

Rick Scott entered the construction industry at an early age and after 18 years of diversified experience, his knowledge of and love for the work provided the perfect foundation for his own company. In August 1996, Rick founded Rick Scott Construction, Inc, and his dependability, honesty and high regard for safety have led the company to achieve great rapport in the construction industry.  Today, RSC’s services include pre-construction, estimating, design/build, construction management and general contracting in markets across the state of Oklahoma.  Rick has over 35 years of experience in cost estimating and scheduling.  Rick is a graduate of Ponca City High School and holds an associate degree in Construction Technology from Northern Oklahoma College. He is also a Certified Professional Estimator by the American Society of Professional Estimators. 

Hayden has been with Rick Scott Construction since 2008.  He holds an Associate degree in Construction Management from OSUIT where he was named as the Outstanding Graduate of his class.  He is OSHA 30, first aid and CPR certified.  Hayden began his career with Rick Scott Construction as a field laborer & carpenter before being named a Project Superintendent in 2016.  He was promoted to Operations Manager in 2021.  In his current role, Hayden assists with oversight of project schedules, field personnel and equipment while also acting as a resource for both office and field operations to ensure resources are being maximized across all our projects.  Outside of work he enjoys fishing, playing golf and spending time with family. 

Stephanie currently serves as Management Director.  Employed with Rick Scott Construction since 2004, Stephanie holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Communications, Association of General Contractors Project Manager Certification, LEED GA and OSHA 30 certifications, all which are great assets in project coordination and communication between architects, clients, and subcontractors.  Stephanie is very active in construction operations with key focus on safety and risk management, QA/QC, schedule overviews and forecasting along with job cost budgeting and analysis. Stephanie is currently a member of the Construction Management Association of America and is active in AGC of Oklahoma. Stephanie is very active in the Ponca City community.  She sits on the Opportunity Center Foundation Board of Directors, Community Health Foundation Board of Directors and the CHF Finance Committee.  She is a Ponca City Leadership Alumni and was recently named one of Ponca City Main Street’s Five Under 40.  Stephanie is also part of the AGC Legislative Committee and serves on the OSU Construction Management Advisory Board.

?Brandon Box joined Rick Scott Construction in 2020 bringing with him over 23 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Construction Technology. Brandon is a Certified Professional Constructor with the American Institute of Constructors (CPC). He is OSHA 30 certified and a member of the AIC, AGC, and CLC. Over the course of his career Brandon has held the positions of laborer, carpenter, lead carpenter, drywall journeyman, drywall foreman, self-employed custom home builder, Project Superintendent and his current role of Lead Estimator/Business Development Excecutive.  Brandon is technically sound in the means and methods of large-scale construction and remodel projects as well as being proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.  He is also certified on numerous estimating, scheduling, and construction management software programs. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, traveling and attending sporting events and concerts.

?Kelly is our Director of Marketing.  He joined Rick Scott Construction in 2016.  He attended Oklahoma State University and after college worked as a Sr. Operations Manager in the property management / hospitality industry for 20 years.  Kelly’s primary responsibilities are to build brand awareness, seek out new business opportunities and to develop, maintain and enhance client relationships.  Kelly’s passion lies in serving people and volunteering in the community.  He is the chair of the Ponca City Business Council and serves on the Ambassadors, Community Development and Ponca Politics Committees.  Kelly is a 2018 Ponca City Leadership Alumni.  In his spare time he enjoys running and spending time with family.

Brandie joined Rick Scott Construction as an Administrative Assistant in 2008.  She has held many positions for the company over the last 13 years including Accounting Assistant, Payroll/HR Coordinator and Project Manager Assistant.  Her vast experience and knowledge led her to being promoted to her current role of Controller in 2019.  Brandie is a member of CFMA and serves as a valuable resource to peers throughout the industry.
