Rick Scott Construction, Inc. is a full-service commercial construction company serving Oklahoma and the surrounding states with offices in Ponca City, Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Founded in 1996 by Rick Scott, of Ponca City, Oklahoma, the company was established on the principles of safety, quality workmanship, dependability, and honesty.  Our core services include Pre-Construction, Construction Management, General Contracting and Design-Build. 

Over the past 25 years, Rick Scott Construction has formed many solid relationships with business owners, architects and subcontractors. We add a personal touch to all our projects by maintaining close relationships with clients and architects while closely supervising the progress of each job.

Rick Scott Construction possesses a strong passion for proficiency and a desire to deliver success to our clients, subcontractors and employees.
