WE CAN CLEAN PERVIOUS CONCRETE!!! 

If you have have experience with pervious concrete you may know how hard it is to clean. It is a great product with awesome potential for onsite stormwater processing. The EPA Stormwater Act will require some type of onsite processing and one of the best ways to achieve that in a new or remodeled project is through the use of pervious concrete. 

We would like to announce that we CAN clean or restore Pervious concrete almost back to its origional flow rate!!! 

Paragon Industries has 32 years of hard surface cleaning experience. Our equipment that does a great and impressive job on concrete, tile, and stone also does an incredible job on pervious concrete. Not only do we clean the clogged material and the moss out of the open pores of the concrete but we reclaim almost all of the water we use; and recycle it onboard with our equipment to be reused. That means that we are not covering surrounding landscape, cars, on buildings, nor allowing the water and debris to run into bio-filter swales or the stormwater drains!!! 

Normal pressure washing is like cleaning your carpets without removing the dirt and water when finished. You wouldn’t think of allowing someone to clean your carpets that way so why allow it with pressure washing. 

We do before and after infiltration testing to determine how well the flow rate was improved. Quarterly cleanings are highly recommended to continue improving that flat rate and keep the pervious operating optimally. We also offer dry vacuuming inbetween cleanings to remove tree and landscaping debris that will eventually end up decomposing and clogging the pores. 

Our pricing is based on the condition of the pervious concrete and how often it has been and will be cleaned. It ranges from $0.12 to $0.35 per sq ft. Other companies start around $3.00 per sq ft.
