Greg is the President of REDCOM. He has been in the construction industry since 1988 and has been at REDCOM since 1992. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with concentration on structures with a minor in architecture. Greg lives in Westfield, N.J., with his lovely wife and 3 children. Outside of work, Greg enjoys family activities, coaching, playing lacrosse, surfing, water activities, and traveling.

Joe joined the REDCOM family in May of 2022 as our new Chief Financial Officer. Joe grew up as a part of a family construction business and started working for the company when he was 11 years old. He then went on to graduate from Boston University with a B.S. in Business Management & Finance and worked for a few different construction-related companies before starting his own rental business. Joe is from Montville, NJ, and has been a member of the same band for 26 years where he plays guitar. In his free time, he enjoys fixing things around his house for his wife and son and is also an avid scuba diver.

Michael Taylor is the Chief Financial Officer for REDCOM, joining the team in March 2017. 

Patrick Kelmartin is an Estimator at REDCOM, joining the Company in February 2016. He brings five years of experience in estimating and project management to the company. Patrick has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and holds both a 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER certification and a 10-Hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health certification. He resides in Cranford, NJ and enjoys golfing, skiing and playing softball in his free time.

Robert joined the REDCOM family in February of 2022 as a project estimator. He has experience working with PKR Electrical Contractors where he had the position of Electrician/Project Estimator. He also worked for Shield Alarm Systems Inc. as a Project Estimator. Robert has been educated by Union County College (Associates in Civil Engineering), Fordham University (Construction Project Management), and NJIT (Ongoing). In his free time, Robert likes to play football, hockey, and mixed martial arts. He is also an avid homebrewer and has collaborated with professional breweries and charitable organizations such as AutismNJ and Metavivor.

Vincent has over 10 years of experience in the construction field and has been with REDCOM since early 2011.  He has also served as a Project Manager and was promoted to the head of estimating in 2013.  Vincent obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering Technology focusing on Construction Management and a Master’s of Science in Engineering Management, both from NJIT.  He lives in Bloomfield and likes to spend his time playing sports, watching movies, and spending time with family.

Asia Saforo is a Project Manager for REDCOM. She joined the team in the summer of 2017. Asia has Assistant PM experience, previously working as a designer for Shane Patrcik Construction. She graduated Marywood University in Scranton with a Masters M.F.A. in Interior Architecture. Asia was born and raised in Bethlehem, PA and currently resides in Somerset, NJ. For fun, Asia enjoys singing and serving in the church choir ministry. She also enjoys dancing and spending time with her family and her husband.

Javier Costa is a Project Manager for REDCOM. He joined the company in October 2015. Javier has a Building Engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain). He also finished his Master’s Degree in Management and Planning in Civil Engineering at NJIT with a scholarship from the Spanish Government. Before working at REDCOM, Javier worked as an Estimator in construction projects for both private and public government projects during 5 years in Europe. He currently lives in Union, NJ with his lovely wife and his son.

John is the Vice President of New York Operations and is responsible for projects East of the Hudson River. John has 29 years of experience in the Construction industry. He worked in the NYC office of Turner Construction, on such well recognized projects as the Lipstick Building, the Citicorp Center in Long Island City and The Museum of Broadcasting, then operated his own Design Build firm for 11 years. John also worked for Extell Development and was responsible for all aspects of converting The Stanhope Hotel to super high-end luxury condos. John studied Civil Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Construction Management at Pratt Institute. John lives with his wife and two children in both New York City and Quogue NY.

Lee Sayre is a lifelong resident of Westfield, NJ, and joined REDCOM in August of 2021 as an Office Administrator. She previously managed The Gap downtown for more than 20 years. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Sociology from Rutgers University. Lee has 3 children as well as 2 granddaughters that she loves very much. Some of her hobbies include reading, baking, walking, and riding bikes but nothing is more important than spending time with her family. Something that Lee also likes to participate in is supporting volunteer groups that focus on food insecurities in the area.

Mohamed is originally from Egypt and now resides in Metuchen, NJ. He has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry delivering mega projects all over the Middle East and the last 4 years in New Jersey. He has a B.S. in Architecture with a focus on Steel Design from Cairo, Egypt. He continued his education and received his Master’s in Structure Glazing & Steel from Frankfurt University. In his free time, Mohamed loves to spend time with his lovely wife and four daughters. He also enjoys playing volleyball and hitting the beach.

Scott Shack joined REDCOM in June of 2017 after 28 years of owning and operating an office furniture installation company. He has a BS in accounting from Brooklyn College. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, daughters, and their beloved dog Stella.

Thomas has been working for REDCOM since 2017. He has over 10 years’ experience in purchasing, project management, and supply chain. He has a B.S. in Business Management + Analytics from Bloomsburg University which is fully accredited by the A.A.C.S.B. Outside of work Thomas enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the shore, and playing basketball.

Charles Butler is the Marketing/Sales Coordinator for REDCOM. He recently graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing. Charles joined REDCOM in June of 2021 but has helped out with sales and marketing in the past through internships. He has lived in Fanwood, NJ his whole life and his outside activities include, watching the Yankees, brewing beer, playing golf, and updating the company website!

Sam Rockaway is Vice President of Sales with REDCOM. He has over 20 years of sales and entrepreneurial experience in the private sector, as well as the owner and founder of several private businesses that he developed, expanded, and sold. During his tenure with REDCOM, Sam has significantly contributed to REDCOM’s growth and portfolio diversification. Sam earned a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Florham Park, NJ Campus and holds a current New Jersey Real Estate License. 

Binita Patel joined the REDCOM team on April 1, 2019. She comes to REDCOM with over 10 years of experience as an accountant. Binita graduated from Queens College, City University of New York in June 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Information System. She currently lives in Colonia, NJ with her husband and two lovely sons, Ved and Dhyan. In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook, watch live Bollywood Concerts and spend time with her family.

Born in Connecticut, raised in Bergen County, NJ, and now residing in Gilette, NJ, Jeffrey Rosen joined REDCOM in March of 2022 as an Account Manager. His past work experience includes managing, running, and owning Red Rose Improvements for the past 16+ years. Jeff graduated from the State University of New York at New Paltz with a degree in Business Communications. He also learned finance at Fairleigh Dickenson and completed his Entrepreneurial Pioneer Initiative (EPI) at Rutgers Business College in Newark, NJ, and was acting as the president of the Alumni Association at the college.

Jeff has accomplished many things in his lifetime, he has biked from the George Washington Bridge to Washington D.C. in one day (276 miles), he has completed a 6-day 600-mile bicycle race down the coast of California, won an episode of an HGTV show titled Battle on the Block, and is a certified NITROX diver! Some of his other hobbies and interests include photography, ceramics, cooking, baking, creating stained glass, gardening, and supporting the cause of diabetes. Jeff also has spent some time as a ski instructor and has skied the French Alps.

Luis joined the REDCOM team in November of 2020, as a Construction Accountant. He previously held positions in both public accounting and private accounting for a small business. He has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from New Jersey City University (NJCU), and he minored in Computer Information systems. Luis currently resides in Jersey City and enjoys sports such as basketball, football, and Muay-thai. He also likes to spend time playing with his two daughters.

John Cannata is a Senior Project Manager at REDCOM. He has over 15 years of experience in project management and civil engineering. John joined REDCOM in May of 2000. His previous experience includes being a general contractor, estimator, and site supervisor. He has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University. John lives in Weehawken, NJ, with his lovely wife and four children. Outside of work, John enjoys family activities including going to the beach and playing volleyball.

Mary joined the REDCOM team in March of 2022 as an Office Administrator. She is originally from New York and has resided in Mountainside, NJ for the last 20 years. She has experience working in commercial real estate as well as a busy psychiatric practice in Westfield, NJ. She holds a B.A. in Spanish from Queens College. In her free time, Mary enjoys traveling, cooking, and searching for new restaurants to try. She has been known to drive long distances for a good cup of coffee. She also enjoys hiking, tennis, fitness, and live theater in New York City.

Sean Feeney is the Director of Construction for REDCOM. He has 16 years of experience in the construction field. Sean started his professional career as a structural engineer designing buildings and bridges. He then moved on to manage design/build projects in the northeast. Sean has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and has acquired his E.I.T. accreditation. He lives in Budd Lake, NJ with his wife and three baby boys. Sean and his wife enjoy golfing and skiing in their free time.

Stacie Canavan joined the REDCOM team in August of 2019 and acts as our Project Administrator. Stacie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Communications from Rutgers College at Rutgers University in New Brunswick. She has over 10 years of experience in an administrative role, working for Executives in Finance, Marketing, and Client Service.  She received her Real Estate Salesperson License in 2012 and spent 6 years as a Real Estate Agent prior to joining REDCOM. Stacie currently resides in Westfield, NJ with her two children. Outside of work, Stacie enjoys reading, healthy living, spending time with friends and family, home improvement projects, crafting with her daughter, and gaming with her son.

Suzanne Butler is REDCOM’s Director of Human Resources.  She brings with her a strong background in human resources and business operations and experiences from both corporate and small businesses. Suzanne is SHRM certified, has a B.A. in Liberal Studies, and additionally spent many years studying Music Education in her earlier college career.  Suzanne is motivated by any opportunities for building new and improved HR processes and providing coaching and guidance to employees.  In her personal time, she enjoys reading, cooking, playing piano, and spending time at the beach.  Suzanne and her husband love to cook and entertain and their favorite gathering includes inviting their two children over for a big, Italian Sunday dinner!
