With award winning Avery Construction, seeing is believing. Dynamic owner Tim Snow is a one man show who loves what he does and from the amount of recognition he has received, he does it very well. Like most successful contractors, Tim is keen for quality, but his passion for giving clients added value in extraordinary design and detailed features that make an Avery Construction home distinctive. Tim has been translating that bold aesthetic to select portions of Spartanburg, Greenville and Cherokee county since 2003. Sixty percent of his work is custom construction on large golf course communities and privately owned home sites. The other 40 percent of his homes are built in two Avery Construction exclusive communities, Beacon Hill and Newman Estates.

Tim has competed in the annual Showcase of Homes of Greater Spartanburg in 2005, 2006 & 2007 and has won numerous People’s Choice awards including “Best Interior Design”, “Best Over All”, and “ Best Kitchen”, just to name a few.

In 2007, Avery Construction LLC won the Home Builders Association of South Carolina’s highest distinction with the Pinnacle Award for the best home in a certain category. The home he built won the accolade for its excellent standard of craftsmanship, innovative design and unique vision in residential construction. 

The same home also won the 2007 Presidents Choice Award for best overall home. 

Avery Construction LLC has been featured in many national publications such as the spring issue of 2009 Designer Dream Homes and in 2008, Luxury One Story Dream Homes and At home with Don Gardner. Avery Construction LLC was also featured on the cover of the November/December 2008 issue of the upstate South Carolina Builder Architect magazine and on the cover of Designs Magazine. 

In 2008, Tim also has earned the title of “Certified Master Builder” in South Carolina. This honor is only for a select group of builders in South Carolina and is awarded to individuals that have made a commitment to the home building industry.
