Size: 20,000 SF
Larry H. Miller operates the largest network of auto dealerships in Utah. In 2014, they consolidated much of their collision repair to a location that formerly served as their Lexus dealership. Retrofitting the Lexus service department required an addition to the structure. The public entrance, sales floor and
offices were redesigned and remodeled. It also required extensive MEP to accomodate the new automotive paint spray booths.
This project was completed in 2015 on time and on budget.
