Scope Of Work
This unique project involved the structural reinforcement of an older parking lot, and the addition of a steel roofing system and new exterior facade.
Located in downtown Salt Lake City, the parking structure serves guests of the newly renovated
Holiday Inn. There is a covered pedestrian bridge on the second level that ties into the hotel core, providing guests with easy access to the elevators.
