Testimonials
"Prior to my time at Triovest I had not worked with Elan and I hesitated to jump into the unknown - however I am glad I did. I like the small company feel and I really enjoy the team and the expertise that they bring to the table. I believe the relationship between Elan and Triovest is honest and transparent. I value relationships with contractors where, as an owner, I can pick up the phone and call the owners and have a conversation if problems arise on a project. The experience with Elan has always been that way where my concerns are respected and a commitment to solve problems or challenges is present. I value the in-house expertise that Elan brings to the table and I think there is a ton of young and upcoming talent that works in that office."
"What I appreciate most about working with them is their high level of integrity and trust, their knowledge and experience and their attention to detail."
I've worked with Elan in varying capacities over my 20-year career and I've never been disappointed to date. I appreciate the ease of communication and attention to detail by the senior superintendents and project managers we work with. No matter the size or complexity of a project I trust the team over at Elan and I know that they have more than enough experience and talent to get the job done.
The Elan team approaches every project from a partner mentality. They have an overarching, holistic knowledge of construction, and are creative with respect to value engineering. I would recommend Elan to any of my colleagues because I have been successful in developing budgets with Elan that work, and my projects have always been completed on schedule and under budget.
With Elan, the quality of work was great and consistent from start to finish and not just from the Elan team, but also from the sub trades they brought in. The ability to work as a team and work to a common goal of delivering a great store was evident from the beginning through to the end. I don't recall a moment when it felt like a 'client vs. the trades' scenario, which helped a lot with a tight schedule, base building issues and continual owner-initiated changes. The team provided great feedback, opinions and ideas on what was best for the project and Save-On-Foods, not the bottom-line profit for Elan. Our culture at Save-On-Foods of ‘Always Customer First’ is also a clear fit for Elan. I felt that the team was continually looking out for our best interests before their own and I look forward to the next project working with Todd and his team.
