Keith E. Ziegler's Bio
As President, Keith Ziegler is responsible for the overall success of Cleveland Construction’s national general contracting operation. Keith joined Cleveland Construction in 1980, developing a deep knowledge of the construction industry and all business functions over the course of his career.
Prior to becoming Senior Vice President of Construction, Mr. Ziegler worked successfully as an Estimator, Project Manager and Vice President for Cleveland Construction.
Mr. Ziegler oversees all facets of the general contracting operations, including project management, estimating and field management. Keith maintains relationships with Cleveland Construction’s clients and works with our project teams to ensure the successful completion of all projects.
Keith has supervised the successful completion of more than three billion dollars of construction over the course of his career with Cleveland Construction. With Keith’s leadership, the general contracting operation will have twenty-five major projects under construction at any given time, representing millions of square feet of space.
His leadership led to the completion of over 50 million square feet of retail construction, including the new construction of a Walmart Supercenter in Estero, Florida, the Walmart Supercenter expansion and remodel in Kearny, New Jersey, a 67,000 square-foot Ford/Lincoln auto dealership in Mentor, Ohio, and the new prototypical construction of a Kroger Marketplace in Holland, Ohio. Keith has been instrumental in the success of some of our most prestigious projects, including Tanger Outlets, the World’s Largest Candlewood Suites, Chamblee Retail Village and a new CarMax Auto Superstore in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Keith holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Lake Erie College. Keith also holds a LEED GA from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Elliot Christiansen's Bio
As a Vice President of Construction for Cleveland Construction's General Contracting Division, Elliot Christiansen provides oversight and management of multiple internal teams and works with numerous clients and project types. He has the ability to grow, build, and inspire a nationwide group of colleagues with unique backgrounds and experiences. Since joining Cleveland Construction in 2008, he’s been a valued asset to the growth of the company.
Elliot's market experience includes retail, hospitality, K-12 education, corporate office, manufacturing, and assisted living. Currently, he is serving as Project Executive for the company’s largest-ever construction contract, and multiple projects in Florida with oversight of our Orlando, Florida office. His leadership approach and meticulous work ethic make him an integral part of every team and a trusted advisor to clients.
Jason E. Ziegler's Bio
As Vice President of Client Development & Preconstruction, Jason
focuses on fostering long-lasting and mutually beneficial
relationships with clients throughout the country. Jason is primarily
stationed at our headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio.
Having over a decade of experience in all facets of the
business, including site supervision, project management and
estimating, makes Jason a valuable resource to our clients. Jason not
only leads the pursuit of new clients but remains a resource to them
at all times.
His responsibilities as the Vice President of Client
Development also include overseeing Corporate Licensing, Marketing,
Preconstruction, and Estimating. Jason has led the successful pursuit
and award of some of our most high-profile projects, including Simon
Premium Outlets Norfolk, VA; The AC Hotel Residence Inn Tower at the
EpiCentre Charlotte, NC; the Kimpton Arras & Arras Lofts and
Residences in Asheville, NC.; and the Ascent at Top of the
Hill and City Club Apartments mixed-use developments in Cleveland, Ohio.
Jason received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from
Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management and
his Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Akron in Construction
Engineering Technology where he was the President of the Student Body.
He also volunteered as a Trustee and Treasurer of the Board of
Trustees for Big Brothers Big Sisters Northeast Ohio for four years.
Jason holds a LEED GA Certification from the U.S. Green
Building Council, is OSHA 30-Hour Safety Training Certified, and holds
State Contractor Licenses in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas,
Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina,
Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
Operations
Gary Neff's Bio
Gary Neff is the General Manager for Cleveland Construction's Jessup, Maryland office. Gary is responsible for ensuring that all daily construction operations flow smoothly, through continual communication with the office staff, project managers, clients, and field personnel. He regularly visits all Washington, DC and Baltimore-based projects and stays intimately involved to assist each project as needed.
Gary has over 30 years of experience managing all aspects of the construction process including subcontractor management, submittals, scheduling, change order management, budget control, quality assurance, project closeout, and field supervision and safety.
Gary is experienced in the following high-end building systems: interior framing systems, exterior framing, plaster and lath components, EIFS, acoustical ceilings, interior finishes, plaster, specialty ceilings, fabric panels, and vinyl wall coverings.
Dan Dietrich's Bio
Dan Dietrich, Vice President of Construction joined our construction
management team in 2002 and is located in our Cleveland, OH office.
Dan is responsible for coordinating a team of project managers through
the completion of multiple commercial construction contracts and acts
as a prominent resource for our clients to ensure that their goals of
completing a construction project are successfully met.
He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of each project,
including the management and control of the financial aspect of each
project including budgeting, scheduling, negotiation of contracts, and
enforcement of contractual provisions from pre-bid to warranty.
Dan’s industry experience includes various types of
construction projects in multi-family, retail/mixed-use, auto
dealerships, hospitality, and industrial. His most recent work for
Cleveland Construction includes the historic renovation and adaptive
reuse of the Terminal Tower Residences, Residences at Halle,
and Residences at Leader in Cleveland, Ohio, and the construction
management for a new multi-family development The Ascent at Top of the
Hill located Cleveland Heights, Ohio.
Dan received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Bowling Green
State University in Construction Management and Architecture and is an
active member of the International Erosion Control Association (IECA),
OSHA 30-Hour Safety Training Course and is a LEED® Accredited Professional.
John Berg's Bio
John Berg is Cleveland Construction’s Senior Vice President of Operations. John oversee all construction operations for the company's general contracting division. He visits each project frequently to review and enforce the construction schedule, project documentation, quality control, and safety.
John has supervised the successful construction of various types of construction projects throughout the country including retail/mixed-use, corporate office, multi-family, hospitality, industrial/warehouse, parking garages, auto dealerships, and airports. His extensive experience supervising the construction management of commercial developments ensure the project is constructed to your expectations.
John started as a Project Superintendent, where his work ethic, attention to detail and ability to deliver challenging projects led to his appointment as General Superintendent in 2007, and subsequently Vice President of Field Operations in 2016.
