From a young age, Rod was already spending his weekends with his
developer father working as a carpenter, foreman and eventually as a
superintendent. Looking for a change of scenery, Rod took a job as a
junior superintendent at large construction firm in Oregon, where he
took the Superintendent Training program.
Wanting to return to Canada, Rod decided to manage his father’s
construction projects that were scattered throughout BC. Wanting to
make travelling between sites easier, Rod got his pilot’s license and
his very own Cessna 182.
In 2010, Rod joined the Integrated Construction team and has been
supervising projects and providing superintendent training for the
company’s staff.
