Scope Of Work
Felix Construction has been performing new construction and rehabilitation s on the Town of Gilbert’s water and wastewater infrastructure via the Job Order Contracting delivery method 2014. To date, Felix has completed over 40 individual Job Orders totaling approximately $7.1M. Felix’s Job Orders have ranged from a $5,900 pipe supports replacement at the Gilbert Commons SLS, to a $1.6M Filter Underdrain and Media Replacement at the Town’s North Water Treatment Plant.
