We are a Water and Wastewater only general contractor. Our staff of talented craftsmen typically self perform all Mechanical Equipment Installation, Piping, Civil Sitework, Structural Concrete, Industrial Electrical Instrumentation and Controls, and Industrial Control Panel Design and Fabrication.

As a General Contractor, Felix is responsible for all aspects of a construction project. From maintaining schedule and budget to managing subcontractors and suppliers all while meeting quality standards.  

Our Construction Management work includes cost modeling/estimating, project planning/scheduling, alternate systems evaluation, constructability review, long-lead studies and procurement, efficiency analysis, permitting assistance, safety/hazard analysis, quality analysis/control, and value comparison/engineering.
