Lucio Collado has over 30 years of experience in General Construction. He has experiences here and abroad including bridge construction, site development, pavement construction, pavement rehabilitation, grade separation, park and recreation, and other horizontal construction. He has also gained experience in vertical construction such as new building construction, seismic retrofitting, and space frame construction. 
He has a wide variety of experience in concrete structures, steel frames, wood frames and light gage metals. 
His company has engaged with Los Angeles County Public Works, different Cities with Los Angeles County and San Bernardino County. He has also worked with hospital buildings. Mr. Wycof have built many projects, custom homes, tenant improvements, a lot of ground up projects. Metal or wood frame retail buildings, shopping centers, indus-
trial parks. Mr. Wycof's favorite is the multi building industrial park with concrete tilt up. Tilt up structures seem to attract the most competent sub-contractors because of the need to see the project as a three dimensional object. Mr. Wycof can also do the street work, utilities, street widening, etc. He also like the larger projects because they actually stretch your ability to keep the project on track, and bring you into contact with a lot of talented people. Building is a cooperative efort. Tere are a lot of people all working to achieve the same goal. Should a problem develop you can meet with the contractors involved and resolve the issue, which allows the project to move forward. He pays attention, keep good records, walk the entire job every day, and probably know the plan better than the architect who drew them.
He does hiw own schedule, work well with others, and enjoy what he does for a living. Mr. Wycof have always fnished on time and on budget. It is not just a job for him it is a way of life.

KDC hired Mr. Wycof to build a ground up, Starbucks Kiosk with two accessory build-
ings in the Premium Shopping Mall in Camarillo, California.

+ Hal Hays Construction, Inc. - 2014-2015
Hal Hays is a general contractor doing work for the US Military, Edison, and other
Civil projects. Mr. Wycof was hired to build a Haz Mat Canopy, a 50’ x 150’ structure,
designed to keep any toxic hazards out of the water table.
+ Self Employed General Contractor - 2008-2014

Self employed general contractor doing remodels, kitchen, bathroom, additions and ten-
ant improvements. I do a full service type of work performing all trades in both residen-
tial and commercial.

+ Shellman Construction - 2007-2008

Shellman construction was a general contractor doing a variety of work including get-
ting building sites ready to sell or to lease for build to suit.

+ Alton Builders 2006-2007

10 acre Industrial park with six concrete tilt up buildings. Tis had been a manufactur-
ing facility with two ofce buildings, a large manufacturing building, a large cooling

tower, a small grove and a small block building that was used to store honey from the
bees. Tis was a 30 million dollar project.
+ GMI Construction - 2003-2007
GMI Construction ( Gary Monroe ) hired Mr. Wycof to build some ground up, retail
spaces in Page Plaza, a shopping mall in Hemet, California.
