Normally in all projects after the  painter you can see the detail about bad finish or bad texture leaved by the sherock guys or the finisher crew here the GC use a blue tape and marked all those issues to be fixed.... but the common problem is how do you fixe this ? Not everyone knows how to do it properly in our case we have a extraordinary crew they literally doing magic  with the punch out or/and the  repairs anyone can't identify where was  damage on the wall, my punch out crew does wonders.
