Why should you invest in The Blue Book?
Number one reason is to get known in the market of new or retrofit construction, plus it puts you in a complete different new market with bigger GC’s. We started The Blue Book in the spring of 2019. It is just like step out of a little water puddle in the driveway, and into a huge reservoir of water. So if you're not ready to move ahead I’d advise you to stay where you are now, but if you're ready to go to work don’t plan on that Chad or anyone of the team will do it for you they won’t. If you're ready I’m sure that Chad and any one of his team is ready to help all they can to get you In front of any of the GC’s in which you would like to work with.
