Our Story Since its establishment in 1997, STL Construction and Maintenance has continued to provide our customers with top quality, prompt and courteous service no matter how large or small the project at hand!.In 2010 our company evolved with the changes in business practices and changed its structure to STL Construction General Building and Maintenance Contractors LLC. However our commitment to giving all of our customers the very best quality product, within their budget and on time has not changed. With valid licenses throughout the State of Connecticut as well as Westchester and Putnam Counties in New York our team of fully licensed and insured professionals ranging from excavators, masons, plumbers, electricians, flooring specialists, along with our in house custom steel fabricators and woodworking craftsmen are always willing and more than capable of completing your next project. We have also added the distinction of becoming an EPA certified Lead-Safe Certified Firm. Known throughout the industry for our top quality work in projects ranging from New Home Construction to Whole House Renovation as well as Efficient Barns, Garages, Out-buildings and Storage Sheds to Barn Restoration our services do not end there.
