Andy Anderson is the President and CEO of Nor-Son Inc, a parent company to Nor-Son Construction, specializing in Healthcare and Hospitality construction, and Nor-Son Custom Builders, a boutique residential builder specializing in high-end custom homes, in the upper Midwest.

Prior to becoming President & CEO of Nor-Son Inc, Andy began his career in the banking industry, successfully growing International Bank Corporation from $250 million business to $600 million and expanding to 19 branches. Andy also has been involved in numerous commercial real estate transactions, and continues to develop properties across the upper Midwest.

Andy then went on to establish Northern National Bank. Under his leadership, he increased the financial institution to four branches with $200 million in assets before selling the business in 2008. Andy is a trustee on the board at Regis University in Denver, Colorado, former member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and a former trustee at both Breck School in Minneapolis and Providence Academy in Plymouth, Minnesota.  Andy earned his Bachelor of Science in Business from Regis University and his graduate degree in banking from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Andy enjoys hockey, boating, downhill skiing, football, hunting, and spending time with his three children.

Mark has leadership experience in ENR Top 35 and Fortune 100 firms, including a proven track record for the successful completion of large commercial projects up to $63 million. Mark built, mentored and led a construction organization completing $260 million in work annually. He has diverse experience in all facets including health care, higher education, government, hospitality, sports/fitness and residential projects.  Mark’s areas of strengths include improved speed to market, continuous improvement within the company, quality assurance, cost reduction strategies and value engineering.

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Matt began his career at Nor-Son as an Apprentice Carpenter, advancing to Project Superintendent, Director of Field Operations, and now leads Nor-Son’s custom homes division.  Throughout his career, Matt has earned a reputation for having an exceptional work ethic with a genuine concern for clients. He has built strong relationships and consistently exceeds owners’ expectations.

Matt provides leadership to the residential team to the management and delivery of all construction activities and responsibilities. His ability to collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors and vendors, and his expertise in management on-site project issues has made him a valued leader to the team.

As a Project Coordinator, Angellica enjoys the fast-paced environment of the Nor-Son Commercial Division. When Angellica is not assisting the team with construction reporting and submittals, she enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors with her pups, yoga, and various creative activities.

Chris has over 14 years of experience in the construction industry.  His years of project experience include successful management of multi-phase renovations for the public school, government and industrial sectors. Chris is a respectful, concise communicator, with a dedicated “whatever it takes” attitude.

A graduate of Liberty University in Virginia, Nate lives in Excelsior, MN and is a volunteer firefighter. Nate has over 14 years of construction experience starting his career as a carpenter where he expanded to leading crews and overseeing framing and finish carpentry. His client-centered approach, attention to detail and meticulous estimating has led to the success of numerous projects.

Eddie is committed to ensuring a positive and fun experience for clients while designing and building a home. With over 28 years of development and construction experience, he provides a personal approach with clients to give them the tools they need to make good, solid decisions. Designing, building and creating lasting relationships is Eddie’s philosophy and passion.

John has a passion for mentoring, coaching and ensuring a positive client experience. His 20 years of sales and marketing experience revolves around customer satisfaction. He collaborates with all team members to ensure needs are being met and not lost throughout the process. His outgoing, high-energy and can-do attitude allow him to quickly address client needs and get them moving in the right direction.

As a key shareholder of Nor-Son, Mark brings insightful knowledge in value engineering for clients on a local and outstate level. With over 30 years of construction experience, Mark is precise, thorough, and dedicated. He leads internal project teams in the coordination of preconstruction services, collaborating with estimating and project management to ensure design, scope and related costs are properly recognized.
