David Vaughan's Bio
David Vaughan, President, has over 24 years broad-based experience in Federal engineering, environmental services, and construction. Vaughan's experience includes: program management, project execution, business planning, sales, business practices, integrating organizational efforts, and client relationship management. As a young man, he performed carpentry and general labor on residential and commercial projects. After four years on active duty as an Army engineer officer, he worked as a civilian project manager with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Europe District. Subsequently, Vaughan returned to the private sector in a series of strategic business development and program management positions with: ABB, The Morganti Group, Tetra Tech, and Swinerton Builders. Vaughan's experience in these roles has touched nearly every aspect of the business. Vaughan played key roles in winning over two and a half billion dollars worth of contracts from various agencies for international and domestic work. Concurrent with his civilian career, Vaughan completed 21 years service in the US Army Reserve.

Jim Quin's Bio
Jim Quin, Environmental Manager is a civil/environmental engineer
with more than 40 years of experience in engineering and management.
He has managed a wide range of interdisciplinary projects, including
remedial investigations, remedial designs, water-related feasibility
studies, water quality management plans, water distribution system
designs, pipeline designs, public involvement programs, solid waste
management plans, and landfill designs. Mr. Quin has completed
40-hour OSHA-approved Health and Safety Training for Hazardous Waste
Site Workers and a Cold Regions Engineering short course.
