In operation since 1985, Garthe Construction has extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction in the Denver metropolitan area. We concentrate on performing the high quality work that our clients deserve.

Garthe Construction developed from the merger of August-Thomas Construction and Design and EcoSense, Inc., blending the best of environmental awareness with unique construction services.

Even though we have enjoyed performing commercial projects we have developed into remodeling and renovation specialists. Our staff has successfully completed dozens of major and minor residential renovations, ranging from bathroom remodels to building homes. We place extra emphasis on jobsite cleanliness because customers place a special trust with us to treat their homes with the respect.
