Joseph Rigazio is a business leader. A natural motivator and multitasker, he can take any type of complex project, simplify the challenges and see it through to incredible success. As a businessman, he is a foremost authority, anticipating every angle of a project and quickly understanding the optimal solutions.
VISION, EXPERTISE, AND LEADERSHIP
Trained in both Electrical Engineering and Business Economics, Joseph entered the professional world with a strong vision. After a 23-year-long career in technology, in which he managed Fortune 100 company relationships in sales and sales management, ran marketing organizations, and ultimately, lead a major business unit at Texas Instruments, Joseph chose to utilize his expertise and leadership skills to start Talisen.
Since then, Joseph’s energized attitude has continued to heighten. While building a powerful infrastructure to grow Talisen from the ground up, he has dedicated his time to studying new trends in construction management and sustainability. As a leader in technological trends, whether developing and executing a comprehensive business plan, studying new initiatives to reduce the carbon footprint in the commercial-built environment, or integrating innovative technological trends into traditional construction concepts, Joseph consistently proves himself as a visionary with an unparalleled entrepreneurial spirit. Basing the company philosophy on the key tenants of safety and ethics, Joseph has guided Talisen to grow into a premier New York construction firm that truly partners with their clients to provide a new precedent for client advocacy in today’s market.

Robert Knox knows New York City construction. More importantly, he knows how to bring ideas to life. Over 35 years of experience has proven his exceptional ability in all aspects of the construction industry.
Leveraging that experience with his meticulousness and care has produced some of the most unique finished products this great city has known. With more innovation on the way for the New York of tomorrow, Robert looks forward to leading the vanguard into the future.

Courtney Tighe's Bio
In her role as Project Compliance Manager, Courtney has over 15 years in Construction experience. Courtney is tasked with managing insurance and MSA agreements for Talisen’s vast subcontractor network, leading the Talisen Safety Team and all related initiatives, and working closely with Project Management and the Field Superintendent teams to coordinate successful project completion and close-outs.
In her spare time Courtney enjoys attending concerts and movies.
Daniel Giurgiuman's Bio
In his role as Director of Vendor Management & IT Operations for Talisen Construction, Daniel Giurgiuman offers a range of technical experience and a keen ability in fostering relationships between the subcontractor team that supports Talisen’s projects.
A graduate of New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering, Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and soon began his career at Talisen. Daniel’s responsibilities include coordinating bid documents across subcontractors, ensuring first-class coverage, and implementing new technological processes into the workflow.
In his free time, Daniel enjoys playing guitar and all of the musical explorations the instrument provides.
Jerry Belfiore's Bio
As Business Unit Director at Talisen, Jerry brings over 15 years of construction experience. Having grown up the son of a mason, and spending much of his childhood years on construction sites, Jerry decided to pursue a career in Architecture due to his love of design and building. Graduating from New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelors in Architecture, Jerry spent eight years in design build and development scenarios before making the switch to the constructor side of the business.
His key responsibilities at Talisen include managing project and client relations for accounts such as a leading technology firm, Taconic Management, A&E Networks, and KAO Brands. Jerry plays an important role in mentoring and growing teams at Talisen, while teaching our process and philosophy along the way. An inclusive role in the estimating, project management, and close-out phases keep Jerry on the pulse of the projects. Trade coordination, logistics, and safety planning all play an important part in Jerry’s daily responsibilities.
In his free time, Jerry enjoys the team aspect of organizational sports, such as baseball, as well as the camaraderie it provides.
Patrick Marzuk's Bio
In his role as Senior Project Manager at Talisen Construction, Patrick brings over 15 years of construction experience as a carpenter, project superintendent, and project manager. After getting his start as a laborer in the family construction business, Patrick began supervising projects in New York City after college – eventually becoming the youngest person at that firm to be promoted from supervisor to project manager.
In his capacity as Senior Project Manager, Patrick is responsible for driving projects from estimate or budget phase through completion and close-out. This includes project estimation, project leveling, procurement, and execution. Patrick is responsible for overseeing the overall success of the project — interfacing with the client, assigned Assistant Project Manager, Field Superintendent, and subcontractors to ensure that the client is delighted and the successful collaboration of the entire team.
In his free time, Patrick enjoys getting outdoors and skiing, mountain-biking, and running. He graduated from St. Anselm College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
Phil Scandariato's Bio
As Business Unit Director at Talisen, Phil brings over 20 years of industry experience. Raised in a family of constructors, Phil graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Architecture from NYIT and gained 10 years of experience in Florida as an architect working on all phases of projects from design through construction administration. His architecture/design expertise includes corporate offices, high-end retail, warehouse/storage facilities, and recreational facilities.
Making the shift to construction management during the economic downturn, Phil managed a robust portfolio of multi-million-dollar projects across the Northeast Region for Skanska; including infrastructure, corporate interiors, data centers, and healthcare projects for clients such as LaGuardia Airport, IBM, and Mount Sinai Healthcare System.
In his role as Business Unit Director at Talisen, Phil manages the bid/buy/build process with a team of astute Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers. He plays an integral part in growing, mentoring and training Talisen’s project teams in the areas of operations, processes, and company philosophy. Phil is focused on maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors, while coordinating and implementing procedures towards total project planning and execution.
Phil enjoys spending time with his immediate and extended family, as well as the occasional fishing and golfing trip.

Andrew Knox's Bio
In his role as Director of Communications, Andrew is responsible for both Talisen’s internal and external communications. Focused on developing, growing, and managing all aspects of Talisen’s brand, Andrew’s key responsibilities fall within the realms of social media management, branding, internal/external marketing, business development, and recruitment. A graduate of Brooklyn College, Andrew earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in English.
In his free time Andrew enjoys playing guitar in his band, The Post Nobles, and participating in outdoor activities like hiking, snowboarding, and cycling.
Stephanie Rudman's Bio
As the Director of Business Development & Client Relations at Talisen, Stephanie Rudman builds crucial customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities, and maintains knowledge of market conditions.Stephanie collaborates with Talisen’s leadership team, operations, marketing, compliance, and vendor management members to maintain key accounts, create new opportunities, and maximize Talisen’s growth and development
Stephanie got her start in the construction industry when her friend told her how exciting it was. Soon Stephanie joined the firm for a 3-month trial period and is still in the industry 15 years later.
In her free time Stephanie enjoys fitness: from yoga, to running, and weight training, Stephanie enjoys pushing herself to accomplish new goals.

Norald Milo's Bio
In his role as Construction Accounting Specialist, Norald is responsible for accounts receivable and supporting critical actionable items enabling successful project experiences for all. Norald graduated from LaGuardia Community College with a degree in Finance & Accounting.
In his free time, Norald enjoys weightlifting and the connection between mind and body that the activity provides.

In her role as Director of Human Resources & Employee Development, Cindy Forman is responsible for employee growth plans, recruiting, hiring, and benefit programs at Talisen. In over 30 years of experience in the HR field, Cindy has focused extensively on employee enhancement and performance development; working on programs to assist in personal growth of the individual through peer to peer mentorships and performance improvement plans. Cindy strongly believes that when the employee is engaged, success is almost guaranteed and enjoys working at Talisen due to its ever-growing nature and the opportunity to help develop individuals into future advancement positions.
In her free time, Cindy enjoys skiing and the connection with the outdoors that it provides.
