Scope Of Work
This 4,000 s.f. build-out in the center of SoHo included sleek metal and glass partitions, a revamped exposed HVAC ductwork system, reworked bathrooms, updated lighting, a full kitchenette, open and closed office spaces, and high-end finishes throughout the space.
This was just one of three projects that Talisen was able to complete for Midwood Investment & Development at 96 Spring St. The other projects included a “White Box” on the ground floor as well as the initial full demolition that created the space for the above renovations for Lead Edge Capital.
