Scope Of Work
Incorporating state-of-the-art technology into the heart of Midtown, Talisen partnered with FX Collaborative and Niles Creative Group to bring the lobby of 250 Park Avenue to life. A total redesign of the Park Avenue entrance, the opening of a secondary entrance on Vanderbilt Avenue, custom stonework, renovated elevator banks, and the installation of a dynamic, customizable video ceiling are the highlights of this innovative build.
Because security was such an important aspect of this build, an ultramodern security system was installed that will use Apple technology to streamline the check-in process for both guests and employees.
Talisen had previously worked in 250 Park when working with Anheuser-Busch in 2015 and 2019.
