Ryan Rasmussen's Bio
Prior to founding Fieldstone, Ryan held the position of National Engineering Manager at Pulte Homes, America’s largest production home builder. His career with Pulte provided unique hands-on experiences working for a builder in industrial and field settings that other engineering consultants lack.
These environments and experiences instilled in Ryan the passion for creating efficient designs while maintaining sound structural integrity. His designs eliminated waste and reduced errors in the field saving everyone time and resources.
While the country was in the midst of a devastating recession, Ryan learned that he too had become an unemployment statistic. The news threw light onto all of the obstacles facing him as his young, growing family’s breadwinner. Opportunities were thin on the ground, and with every job search turning up empty, Ryan faced a treacherous debacle: What to do next?
In his own words, the answer to that question emerged from the strife: “Embrace it. Walk to the edge. Go all in. Jump. Become an entrepreneur!”
Today, the organization that Ryan built offers a wide range of architectural, engineering, and construction services to its clients. These services come under the umbrella of the ‘Four C’s” that represent the company’s markets: Community, Custom, Clubhouse, and Commercial design. As a result, Fieldstone’s staff of talented professionals is positioned to serve clients from the large community home-builder to the individual homebuilder or business who appreciate the expertise and service built upon the rock-solid foundation Ryan Rasmussen created when he ventured into the world of entrepreneurship.
