As President/CEO for Anderson Companies, Greg is responsible for the overall successful functioning of the business including all construction teams, real estate development ventures and new business relationships. He has been responsible for the design, construction and/or development of approximately 7.5 million square feet of commercial and residentialprojects with costs in excess of $900 million. He has more than 30-plus years of commercial and residential real estate experience managing a variety of design-build, development and construction projects, and gaining a broad base of industry knowledge.

Kirk is a results-oriented, hands-on construction professional with more than 30 years of experience in all facets of the industry. As a Director of Field Operations, he leads a team of Project Superintendents by mentoring them in their efforts to coordinate subcontractors, develop client partnerships and build positive relationships with architects, engineers, local officials, vendors and clients while maintaining costs and schedule. Kirk also ensures safety is the top priority for everyone on the jobsite. He is well versed in scheduling, contract negotiations, building code and regulations and site management.

Amanda brings her dedication, industriousness and determination to work for Anderson Companies’ clients every day. She has more than 13 years of financial experience, which has included providing advisory and assurance services to construction and real estate companies domestically and internationally. Amanda provides strategic and tactical direction for planning, managing, executing and controlling all of Anderson Companies’ financial activities. She also builds and maintains positive working relationships with banks and clients.
