Jim would describe himself as a better Carpenter than a business man; more comfortable in “steel toes” than “wing tips”. From a young age he has always had a passion for the “big picture.” Jim vividly lays out the picture and with the help of the team, they manifest it. You can sum up his responsibilities in one word: “relationships.” He regularly develops new relationships and respects the ones already created, both internally and externally. Jim is responsible for the performance of the organization. He achieves this with the help of an excellent team of functional leaders.

A graduate from ITT’s Construction Management Program, Allisa has always been fascinated by construction and seeing a project from start to finish. She has an interest in how all the details come together and she plays a critical role in making the process flow. Allisa’s attention to detail keeps projects well organized so all parties remain well informed, which allows the Project Manager to remain focused on the construction and financial detail of a project.

Brandon was born and raised in the Fox Valley and some of his best childhood memories are from working in residential construction with his father. He graduated from Michigan Technological University with a degree in Construction Management and then started his career at DeLeers Construction as a Project Engineer.  Brandon is a detailed oriented and hard worker who is always up for a challenge.

Brian grew up on the East side of Green Bay on a dairy farm. He started working for DeLeers in high school at nights sweeping the cabinet shop floors. He then went on to school at NWTC in the Machine Tool Program and graduated as a machinist. Soon after he realized his passion for the trades and in 1999 starting working in the field. Brian has continued to grow and develop his skills from carpenter, superintendent, field operations to Service Division Manager. He has a knack for solving building problems that no one else can.

Dan has been interested in construction since he was a young boy helping his Grandpa with various projects. He graduated from NWTC with a degree in Construction Techniques and Management. In 1988 he started his career with DeLeers Construction as a Carpenter and has taken on various roles such as Foreman, Superintendent and now Project Manager. Dan mainly focuses on high end residential and light commercial projects. He find the construction industry very rewarding and takes pride in leading a team of professional tradesman through the building process while ensuring organization, quality, and safety during each phase. Dan always strives towards the goal of delivering a quality project our customers deserve and rave about.

Rod’s career with DeLeers Construction, Inc. started in 1986, extending through 3 generations of the DeLeers family owned business. His project experience ranges from high end residential construction, LEED certified housing to private and public commercial work. Rod continues his leadership and building education through a variety of formats. He has completed the Investment in Excellence training program, and is currently on the DeLeers Senior Leadership Team. Rod always strives for the highest level of communication with his customers and excellence on each of his projects. He has a true passion of making reality of your dream; whether it is your home or business.

Rick’s passion for construction started in high school shop class, which led into summer jobs in construction and 30+ years later Account Manager at DeLeers Construction. He enjoys working with customers to bring their ideas to life. Incorporating customer ideas throughout the project is very important to Rick, he want to ensure the outcome is exactly as they envisioned. Rick also enjoys helping teammates and tradepartners grow and develop their skills as projects progress and challenges reveal themselves.

Mike’s passion is construction and he learned it growing up working for his dad. From remodeling buildings, pouring concrete, installing farm equipment and building poured concrete silos Mike has done it all. Over the years he worked his way up to lead man and foreman, then his attention to details brought him into estimating and sales. Mike’s heart is in customer satisfaction and you can tell by the way he works with customers through the first initial meeting, design, estimating and final construction.

Paul was born and raised in the construction industry. His construction knowledge and experience spans every facet of the business including: carpentry, project management, estimating, design and sales; which is an invaluable tool in assisting customers through the construction process and educating them every step along the way. Paul passion is working with people; whether it be customers, teammates or tradepartners. Success for Paul is when he earns their trust. Paul is a member of the Downtown Green Bay Rotary Club, is an active member of the Brown County Home Builders Association and also holds a Wisconsin and Michigan Contractors License.
