B&L Builders, Inc. was formed on January 25th 2001 when the sounds of construction were common in the Lakeland and Central Florida area. Power saws and hammering served as a soundtrack for many Central Florida neighborhoods during this time. Yet, quality was not often a contractor’s top priority.

As a result, B&L Builders carved its niche in the Central Florida market. B&L provides a higher level of construction services for commercial and residential projects using sound materials, quality people, and a sense of pride in each project, large or small.

Our company’s beginnings were of humble origin. B&L understood if we could build our reputation, we could build up business. With our heads down and a focus on customer service and satisfaction, we started our small construction company.

Our relationships with exceptional customers lead to valuable word of mouth advertising. Hence, our company began build a better reputation and experience growth. Homeowners and business owners with an unrelenting quest for quality began to seek our services.

Shockingly, in 2008, the housing bubble burst and the sound of construction ceased in Central Florida and across the Nation. Though out this difficult period, our commitment to quality never wavered. Support from our customers carried us through and they still serve as the pride of the company. While many construction companies failed during this challenging period, B&L Construction maintained our focus on delivering quality projects.
